🔒 All Sales Are Final

All ticket purchases are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of this event and limited availability of tickets, no refunds will be issued for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, illness, or inability to attend for any reason. Please ensure you are available to attend on your selected dates and city before completing your purchase.

⏰ Event Changes

We reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, speaker lineup, or venue, if required. In the rare instance that we need to reschedule the event (e.g. due to circumstances outside of our control), your ticket will be transferred to the new date. No refunds will be issued due to a change in scheduling.

🧾 Payment Plans

If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all payments as per the schedule selected at checkout. Failure to complete payments will result in cancellation of your ticket and access to any event-related materials or bonuses.

📸 Media Consent

By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, recorded, or filmed for promotional and educational purposes. These may be used across Socially Sands marketing materials, including but not limited to: social media, email, website, and paid advertising. If you wish to opt out of photography, please notify our team prior to the event.

🧘‍♀️ Wellbeing & Conduct

This is a shared space and immersive experience. We ask that all attendees show respect to fellow participants, facilitators, and venue staff at all times. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate may result in removal from the event without refund.
