We begin with a 3 week intensive sprint (spread over 12 days) inside a tight-knit cohort for one reason:

You don’t spend weeks “finding your rhythm.”

The 12-day sprint is intentionally designed to:

When you join the monthly WACA cohort, you’re placed into one of three capped teams and enter a 3 week sprint designed to build clarity, output and momentum immediately.

You won’t be figuring things out alone.
You’ll be working in real time, with our team of experts.
